Before joining Harvard, Julius made waves as a Research Analyst at the UN International Atomic Energy Agency and Rwanda’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He graduated with a Presidential Scholarship and became a standout in several prestigious international fellowships, including the California-Hansen Leadership Institute, Erasmus Scholarship, Yenching Global Symposium at Peking University, and Wilson Center of Nuclear Research. As an AfOx and Mastercard Scholar at Oxford, Julius focused on Africa’s nuclear power development and clean energy transition. At Harvard, he’s diving into a Ph.D. with a passion for continuing his research work and he recently founded NexGen4All a platform that shares global scholarships and opportunities to revolutionize the continent’s future through innovative research-driven policies.
