Prof. Njeru Njagi

Njeru Njagi is an Associate Professor in Quantitative Analysis of Breast Cancer Screening at the Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick, and previously Associate Professor in Medical Statistics & Cancer Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He obtained his PhD in Biostatistics at Universiteit Hasselt in Belgium, and consulted for the European Food Safety Authority as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the same university. With expertise in analysis of population-based and routine administrative electronic health records in cancer epidemiology, he is Faculty on missing data and multiple imputation in cancer epidemiology for the international biennial Corsican Summer School on Modern Methods in Biostatistics and Epidemiology in France. Keen on Biostatistics in Africa, he has had various invited engagements ranging from postgraduate research supervision and examination to invited lectures, at the University of Nairobi in Kenya, Stellenbosch University and the University of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
